N of 1

I read forty supplement labels. One of them passed.

So I put my name on that one. This is what I found, and why almost everything in this category is the same formula wearing a different sticker.

From the founder

Started N of 1 while on the same protocol

I started a GLP-1 last year. Within a few weeks my meals were a fraction of what they used to be — which was the point — but it also meant everything that came with those meals got smaller too.

So I went looking for a companion formula. I read about forty labels from the white-label catalogs that most brands in this space actually source from.

Almost all of them had the same problem: proprietary blends. A blend tells you the total milligrams and nothing else. You have no idea whether the active ingredient is at a studied dose or whether there's a pinch of it in there to justify printing the name on the front.

One formula was dosed at levels I could actually verify, using branded, standardized ingredients that publish their own research. That's the one I put my name on.

What actually changes when meals get smaller

This part is arithmetic, not marketing. Vitamins and minerals arrive in food. Eat meaningfully less food and you take in meaningfully less of them.

The ones that tend to matter most are B12, folate, iron, zinc, and vitamin D — and the forms matter as much as the amounts. Cheap multivitamins use forms that are harder for the body to use. COMFORT uses methylated B12 and folate, P5P B6, and chelated iron and zinc.*

There's a second thing that happens: digestion slows down when there's less moving through. Standardized ginger, peppermint, bromelain, a multi-enzyme complex, and a spore-form probiotic are in there to support everyday digestive comfort.*

None of this is a diagnosis. If you're concerned about a specific deficiency, ask your prescriber for bloodwork — that's a better answer than any supplement label.

What this is not

It is not a weight product. It doesn’t claim to affect appetite, body composition, or the number on a scale, and it isn’t formulated to.

It is not a substitute for anything a doctor prescribed. It’s a dietary supplement designed to sit alongside a medically supervised protocol, never to replace one. Bring the label to your prescriber or pharmacist and ask.

It is not a miracle. It’s two capsules of well-dosed, well-formed micronutrients and digestive support. That’s the whole job.*

Questions

Do I have to be on a GLP-1 to use it?

No. It’s built for anyone eating significantly less than they used to, whatever the reason. The digestive support and the micronutrient backfill work the same way.

Can I take it alongside a prescription?

COMFORT is a dietary supplement designed to complement — never replace — a medically supervised protocol. The full panel is on this page; bring it to your prescriber or pharmacist and ask. That’s not boilerplate, it’s genuinely how we’d want you to use it.

Why is this more than a drugstore multivitamin?

Forms and doses. Methylated B12 and folate instead of cyanocobalamin and folic acid, chelated minerals instead of oxides, branded standardized actives that publish their own research, and a digestive blend on top. You can compare the panel above against anything cheaper and see exactly where the difference is.

Is the subscription a trap?

No. Cancel in one click from your account or by emailing us — no phone call, no retention script, no hoops. Cancel before your next billing date and you’re not charged again. You can also just buy a bottle or the 3-month supply with no subscription at all.

What if it’s not for me?

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a refund — email us and we’ll walk you through it. Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are always made right.

Who makes it?

A cGMP, FDA-registered manufacturing facility in the United States. Product documentation is available on request — just reply to your order email.

Two capsules. That’s the whole routine.

Once a day, with your largest meal. No loading phase, no timing chart, no sixth thing to remember.*
