I started a GLP-1 last year. Within a few weeks my meals were a fraction of what they used to be — which was the point — but it also meant everything that came with those meals got smaller too.
So I went looking for a companion formula. I read about forty labels from the white-label catalogs that most brands in this space actually source from.

What actually changes when meals get smaller
