Why N of 1 Exists

N of 1 started with a label-reading session that went badly.

We're on a GLP-1 protocol ourselves. We went looking for the companion products everyone on one actually needs — real electrolytes, real fiber, something for muscle — and we audited the same white-label catalog that most new supplement brands quietly resell from.

What we found: an “electrolyte” powder with 100mg of sodium. Fiber sold in milligram capsules — two orders of magnitude below an effective dose. A daily “detox” with a stimulant laxative hiding in a proprietary blend. Probiotics with thirteen strains, no strain codes, and no CFU count.

One product survived our review. We sell it as COMFORT, positioned honestly for what it does.

The rest — PRESERVE, BASE, and MOVE — we couldn't find dosed right anywhere. So we're manufacturing them ourselves, at the doses the evidence actually uses, with a third-party certificate of analysis published for every single batch.

n of 1 (n = 1): a trial with a single subject — you. You're already running the experiment. We make what protects you while you run it.
